For Youth membership (under 18 years age), minimum fees for 1st terms $35 USD and Adult Membership (Individuals & Clubs) minimum fees are $45 USD.

Every calendar year they held the conference at their announced location and this is open for all members and non-members by the following some rules. The first conference held was 1935 at Pittsburgh, PA, Webster Hall.
